You Have a Lot to Offer

As a mature worker you’ve developed valuable skills, abilities and knowledge over your lifetime. When people like you leave the workforce, organizations can lose experience, leadership and history. How can you be successful in today’s job hunt?

You can start by changing the way you think about your resume and how you present yourself on this all-important document.

This workshop will focus on creating a winning resume and will cover:

1.  Getting to know your audience

Using keywords and making your resume match

     the company’s wish list.

2. Tailoring your resume appropriately

This is how you can ensure that your resume will

stand out from the crowd during the screening

3.  Focusing on quality and not quantity

You must go beyond telling what and start

showing how by emphasizing your accomplishments.
