Knowledgeable Employer Services Consultants (Job Developers) are on-hand to give employers the individual attention you require. An Employer Services Consultant can help match potential employees with your needs as well as offering additional services and benefits:

Advertising:  KEYS has over 600,000 page views to our web-site annually, By advertising on our web-site, you can maximize your exposure. 

Apprenticeship incentives: Hiring an apprentice has both benefits and costs.  The Employer Signing Bonus and training tax credits can help alleviate those costs.

Interview space available:  New businesses or out-of town recruiters will appreciate a confidential space to interview potential candidates.

Job fairs, recruiting, screening, and more:  KEYS organized events are aimed at helping both job seekers and employers. Whether it’s a medium or large scale job fair we can assist you to organize and host your event.

On-line job board:  Fill positions quicker using our popular job board – Over 60% of the www.keys.ca traffic are visiting the job board.  You can quickly post your job opening on our website OR contact the KEYS office and we will post it for you.

Recruitment services:  With over 5,000 job seekers using KEYS services each year, we have a large database of potential candidates. Tap into this amazing resource and let us help you find your next employee. We can also accept resumes on your behalf and short-list candidates based on your needs.
