Job Description:

As a Sales & Reservation staff member you will work primarily at our administrative office. You will interact with our guests in person, through email and on the phone. You will be an ambassador for the company and an expert on our products, as well as the products offered by our attraction and accommodation partners. You will help our guests to build travel itineraries by offering suggestions and building customers’ confidence, and you will complete their transactions using a reservation software system.

In addition to your Sales and Reservations role you will support the Marketing Coordinator by helping to execute the company’s marketing plan. You will help to maintain the company’s website, social media presence, and e-mail follow-up campaigns, and you will measure their effectiveness using analytics tools. You will be responsible for meeting deadlines and managing your time to accomplish ongoing marketing tasks while also acting in your sales and administrative support role.

You will also have daily general administration tasks to complete, and will contribute to the success of the Kingston 1000 Islands Cruises & Trolleys team by accomplishing other tasks as required.
