Rideau Acres is a family owned and operated campground located just 10 minutes from the City of Kingston. We have over 450 campsites on 136 acres for camping trips ranging from 1 night to 9 months . Our guests are welcome to use the outdoor pool, beach, mini golf, disc golf, miles of hiking trails. We offer boat rentals and skelter (bike) rentals. Our store offers a broad range of camping supplies, groceries , novelities and treats including ice cream.
Our banquet hall can accommodate upto 450 people and is a very popular wedding venue .

We are seeking customer service representatives to assist our guests with reservations, directions, payment for services and purchases. The campground uses a computerized property management system. You will be expected to liase with management and other departments to insure the prompt timely handling of any customer issues . Customer service staff are expect to to maintain a neat, clean and healthy working environment in our store/office/administration building.
Proficiency with computers required. Bilingualism is desired but we would not turn down a suitable unilingual applicant. We are seeking individuals with excellent oral and written communication skills. Rideau Acres is located just north of the city of Kingston off Hwy 15. We are not on public transportation routes so reliable transportation is a must. The position does involve shift work ranging from 7am to 12am with most shifts being 7 hours in length. Weekends are required. The length of employment is expected to be early to mid April thru to late October.
